I bought a massage chair from OSIM and, honestly... it ended up being way bigger in my living room than I expected. The dimensions were listed on the page, but they didn’t really show how much extra space you need behind it and around it. It barely fits, and moving it around is such a hassle. I contacted customer service, but they basically just repeated the same measurements back to me. I really wish they had a proper space guide before checkout.

Had my OSIM chair installed today i’m kind of wondering why I waited so long. The installer showed up on time, got everything set up really quickly, and walked me through the basic buttons without making it complicated. He also cleaned up after himself, so there was no mess left behind. Super easy experience from start to finish

They arranged for a technician to come over, and he fixed the chair without turning it into some big complicated thing. I always get irritated when repairs take too long or when people keep passing you around, but that didn’t happen here. They even followed up afterward, which I appreciated. Overall, the after-sales service was good and stress-free.

The repair guy showed up really quickly and got my chair fixed without any hassle at all. Super smooth experience, and I’m happy to have it working again!

I really like how modern this looks, and it fits nicely in my room. But i felt kind of embarrassed fumbling around with some of the buttons because they’re a bit awkward to reach. The design is nice overall, just not as easy to use as I expected

The product itself is fine, no real complaints there. But the delivery scheduling was kind of annoying. They gave me a time slot and then changed it at the last minute, so I had to move my whole day around. Support did reply, but they weren’t really that helpful. For what I paid, I expected the delivery part to be a bit smoother tbh.

I’ve been using the massager most nights since it arrived. It’s not some miracle cure or anything, but it does a really good job of loosening up my back and shoulders after a long day. I’ve also noticed I tend to sleep better when I use it before bed.

The massage feels intense, so I don’t really see myself using it every day. It’s nice once in a while, but because it’s so strong, I need to take breaks between uses

It warms up quickly and stays at a nice steady temperature, not too hot or barely noticeable. After work, my lower back feels a lot less tight when I use it. I’ve been using this a few times a week, usually after work when my back is feeling tight. And yeah, it helps. Not like a miracle or anything, but definitely relaxing. Some of the modes are a little too intense for me, so I skip those. The gentler settings are more my thing. Overall, good massage, does what I need it to do
